Banquet Operations Manager - International 5 Star Hotel

Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of banquet area, monitor all activities required to the proper execution of functions to achieve guest satisfaction, quality service and compliance.

* Lead team to maximize catering revenues through communication, leading, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operations and administration.

* Ensure the team to meet targets, build the trust and confidence, knowledge of all food and beverage items, packages, facilities, equipment, amenities plus daily events and activities.

* Lead and guide the team to provide timely feedback, and promote associate's personal development.

Requirements:

* Three years above of manager level in banquet experience.

* Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

* Sound knowledge of F&B, especially in Chinese and Western Cuisine.

* Hands-on approach to all operational aspects.
