Brand Manager JD

The Brand Manager is the major representative of the Brand in one country in terms of sales and marketing activities. Its task is to ensure that the brand is strengthened and developed according to the Brand HQ strategies and that all the sales channels are respectively sustained and developed.

Sales



*

Prepares in agreement with relevant people in the Brand HQ Sales, Marketing and communication plans for the different channels (wholesale, retail, travel retail and duty free)


*

Establishes with brand HQ sales and expense budget


*

Formulates and implement sales and distribution strategies


Marketing



*

Adapts locally the marketing and communication concepts for the brand in line with brand's worldwide concept;


*

Plans and supervise the organization of marketing and communication events


*

Strengthens brand position control compliancy and consistency of visual merchandising at POS level


Retail



*

Responsible for identification of new locations for corporate stores;


*

Ensures all the activities for new stores openings are fulfilled in line with time and cost of the Business Plan


*

Supervise the daily operations for corporate stores and act as a coach for the Store Managers;


*

Provide input and arranges training for retailers & corporate stores


*

Develops and implements sales incentive programs to motivate maximum selling thru in POS


Pricing and Inventory



*

Closely monitor the inventory and the back log ensuring that the goods are ordered, shipped and delivered timely


*

Decides the level of inventory according to the business needs


*

Harmonizes the Price list given by the HQ according to the exchange rate ensuring stability to the pricing list


People Management



*

In coordination with Country Manager and HR Division define structure, hire quality people, coach and provide training


*

Propose reward based on performance


*

Provide clear objectives


Budget and Reporting



*

Prepares the division's management report


*

Responsible for the budget, balance sheet and income statement for the division


Customer Relationship



*

Ensure to maintain a close customer relation helping the customer to stay loyal with the brand and act as a brand ambassador
