Business Development Manager - Engineering

*Explore and expand new market in all related regions by prospecting and networking with partners and industry contacts

*Responsible to close business to meet the sales target

*Enhance the company's market penetration by developing opportunities through personal selling to target accounts and actively participating in sales capture teams on target projects

*Build and maintain good relationships with clients

*Establish market trends, appropriate strategies and product development by working with other teams.


*Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline.

*At least 8 years' sales experience in Building Service/ Building Automation Business or mechanical (HVAC) service business or Fire Service business with proven record on selling complex solutions.

*Fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

*Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.

*Good interpersonal and presentation skill.

*Self-motivated and have ability to work independently
