Customer Experience Manager

Our client is seeking talents to join them for their new business expansion.

Responsibility:

*To support overall store management, such as strategic planning and goal setting.

*To lead and develop leaders and associates in maintain and deliver the memorable customer experience and develop the best-selling behaviours.

*To inspire associates to deliver the individual potential for extraordinary selling result.

*To maintain the merchandise presentation standards while selling.

*Responsible for recruitment, training and performance management.

Requirement:

*Degree in Retail Management is preferable

*Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in retail management role in Fast Fashion/ FMCG/ Luxury Retail.

*Excellent visual merchandising skills, strong strategic and analytical skills as well.

*Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

*Excellent Communication Skills, fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
