Our client is a leading mobile telecommunication operator in Macau, they are now seeking for talents to join the team

Responsibilities:



* Develop, maintain and manage the customer services standards.
* Organize all services channel standards, procedures and evaluation.
* Responsible for planning and execution of customer service improvements strategy.
* Promote continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
* Identify, investigate, escalate and resolve major issue in order to maintain high level customer satisfaction

Requirements:



* Bachelor degree holder
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the customer services field, with minimum 2 years of managerial experience in telecommunication industry is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills and decision making ability.
