Our client is a luxury resort in Macau and is now looking for talent to join the team.

Director of Training - Gaming

Responsibilities:

- Manage and support all training initiatives, evaluate department training needs and prepare training plans

- Develop a technical and competency framework as a guideline for the future development for all team members

- Drive all existing and new training contents across the Gaming Floor to achieve maximum impact

- Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of training and development programs and make recommendations for improvement

- Identify training gaps in both technical and soft skill competencies

- Report on measurable training expectations, including productivity and customer service delivery based on company guidelines

- Deliver, produce and/or revise manuals and course curriculum and training plans for specialized Team Member training programs

- Create and conduct regular workshops for technical skills improvement and refresher training on an on-going basis for existing team members

- Conduct regular on-floor assessments of Table Games and Slot team members for evaluation

- Work closely with Learning and Advancement team to support, develop and mentor future Gaming leaders

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of table games experience in a Gaming Management position (Pit Manager or above) and 3 years of Table Games Training at a major Casino Operator

- Solid experience in training design and performance evaluation

- Bachelor degree or related qualifications

- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

- Proficient in MS office products including excel
