F&B Manager

Responsibilities:



* Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the restaurant to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
* Initiate and implement marketing promotion plans for the restaurant
* Work closely with the related parties in promotional planning and menu production to achieve better customer feedback
* Maintain and monitor cost control of food and beverages
* Lead the team to achieve company goals

Requirements:



* At least 5 years of F&B experience with 2 years in management role
* Experience of restaurant promotion is an advantage.
* Good ability and willingness to team
* Excellent communications and customer relation skills.
