Field Support Executive - Electronic Shipping Solutions

Duties:

* Responsible for e-Commerce business services and products' promotion

* Provide the related training and onsite technical support on e-Commerce by visiting customers

* Manage customers' enquiries and provide the reasonable solutions in time

* Analyze and propose suggestions on business improvement plans

* Responsible for procurement, customer report, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

* Degree holder in IT, E-Business or related disciplines

* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, logistics/ transportation industry is preferred

* Proficiency with good oral and written skills in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

* Hands-on computer skills, e.g.; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing, etc.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A good team player with positive and enthusiastic attitude, and able to work under pressure
