Our Client is a Property, Transportation and Facility Management Company based in Macau. Due to its rapid expansion and growth, the group is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join its management team.
*Report to the Group Director
*Competitive remuneration package up to MOP1.1M p.a.
Responsibilities:
*In-charge of all the financial and accounting matter and business activities
*Ensure the group business an effective, efficient, accurate financial function
*Provide sound commercial and financial insights, recommendations based on the financial analysis to top management and work out strategic directions
*To review internal control policies and procedures and drive improvements in order to deliver operational efficiencies and to manage financial and business risks
*Manage the financial planning, review and assess the liquidity, IPO project and the fund planning arrangement
*Liaise with external parties such as auditors, lawyers, sponsors and bankers;
*Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
*Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent;
*Qualified accountant preferably from Big 4 / Audit trained, plus a minimum of 6 years of financial experience in HK Listed Companies
*Experience in IPO listing in Main / GEM board is preferred
*Hands on, proactive, result-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
*Good command of English and Chinese.
