Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:



*

Direct and control operation of the front office and coordinate activities in order to obtain optimal room occupancy and revenue.


*

Oversee all activities of the front office to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the operation.


*

Ensure a gracious welcome and personal arrival moment to each arriving guest is extended as well as a warm, uncompromising and bespoke arrival/ departure experience is implemented in order to differentiate ourselves from our competition.


*

Provide active support to the hotel Senior Leadership Team and align with broader hotel goals.


Requirements:



*

Diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.


*

Fair and firm management abilities with high influencing skills.


*

Strong organizational and operational skills, have ability to work with minimum supervision.


*

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


*

Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a four-star or five-star property in Front Office Manager position.


*

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
