Responsibilities:

* To direct and control operation of the front office and coordinate activities in order to obtain optimal room occupancy and revenue.

* To oversee all activities of the front office to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of the operation.

* To ensure a gracious welcome and personal arrival moment to each arriving guest is extended as well as a warm, uncompromising and bespoke arrival/ departure experience is implemented in order to differentiate ourselves from our competition.

* To provide active support to the hotel Senior Leadership Team and align with broader hotel goals.

Requirements:

* High school, diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required.

* Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Additional knowledge of international and local languages is appreciated but not mandated.

* Fair and firm management abilities with high influencing skills.

* Strong organizational and operational skills; ability to work with minimum supervision.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Highly conversant with Opera system, SPG Link, SGR+ and other related IT programs.

* Minimum of 2 years experiences in a five-star property in a similar position.
