Responsibilities:



*

Report to the HR Director based in Hong Kong


*

Provide full spectrum of HR functions to local management team and employees


*

Support the talent development and HR functional strategy through local execution excellence


*

Provide advice to the local management in people management issues to support business operations, including organization structure, manpower planning as well as people development


*

Prepare management reports and statistical analysis to senior management


*

Ensure HR processes and policies are compliant to Macau Labor Law


Requirements:



*

Degree holder in Human Resource Management or equivalent disciplines


*

Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience of which at least 5 years in supervisory role


*

Fluently in Cantonese, English and Mandarin


*

Well versed with Macau Employment Ordinance and imported labor quota application and administration procedure


*

Attentive to details and highly result oriented


*

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
