Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for full set of HR functions which are including recruitment, training, C&B, employee relationships, etc.

* Management and update personal data in system, ensure that the accuracy and integrity of personal data

* Ideas put forward new recruitment strategies and to provide effective sourcing strategies

* Prepares relevant HR data analysis and share with management.

* Management the training program, including workshops, training classes and trainer certifications.

* Responsible for preparation of compensation-related communication pieces and exact completion of HR related forms and documents.

Requirements:

* Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

* Relevant experience about 2-3 years as HR generalist especially from retail industry or providing training will be an advantage.

* Fluent in English and Chinese

* Good at use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Able to work under pressure and have strong communication skills and project management skills are preferably.
