Marketing and Planning Manager - Banking

Responsibilities
* Delivery of the annual marketing planning to ensure objectives and strategies are aligned with business imperatives based on annual operating plan;
* Planning, agreeing and managing the local Marketing budget with regional leadership to ensure overall business objectives are achieved within allocated budget;
* Deploying customer insights and embracing digital marketing in driving global marketing campaigns locally or local marketing initiatives to support business to achieve their set revenue targets, support existing portfolio growth and new product launch;
* Ensuring that the agreed model, structure, marketing and brand governance and controls are implemented in market. Brand strategies and guidelines are followed on all marketing and customer communications and use of the corporate brand is monitored and regulated on an entire banking perspective;.
* Supporting robust management reporting to marketing and business stakeholders to ensure marketing function is aligned with the business strategic priorities;
* Fostering a cohesive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders;
* Embracing company's values and principles in day-to-day work and act as a role model to demonstrate values-aligned behavior;

Requirements.
* University degree in Marketing or Business studies preferred;
* A high order of analytical and planning skills, and strong self-motivation;
* At least 5 years of experience with expertise in marketing capacity including production of marketing and advertising materials, data analysis, communications and production management, etc;.
* Strong project management and interpersonal skills;
* Detailed oriented to ensure output and work handled are of complete accuracy and high quality;
* Ability to meet tight project deadlines while managing multiple projects at the same time;
*Excellent Chinese and English writing skills and spoken language
