PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:



*

Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support


*

Arrange meetings, hospitality, business travel & appointment schedules


*

Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials


*

Prepare expense reports, travel reports, professional fees reports


*

Coordinate and manage regional and overseas business-related activities


*

Establish and maintain an effective filing system for proper records


*

Undertake project assignments as requested


Requirements:



*

Formal secretarial training and Degree holder is an advantage


*

At least 3 years relevant experience with holding similar position in serving senior management in multinational organization


*

Excellent command of spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage


*

High level of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy are essential


*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with teams across diverse functions


*

Highly organized, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines


*

Well versed in computer skills specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint


*

Presentation and business report writing skills with strong attention and passion for details
