Policy Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

* Perform and execute daily activities in relation to customer requests

* Liaise with insurance agents for enquiries

* Handle administration for all new and existing policies

* Provide quality administration support to the team as requested

* Ensure the agreed service standards are achieved

* Maintain data files and documents in good order

* Participate in the ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

* Post-secondary education

* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in life insurance industry

* Knowledge for insurance of policy administration

* Knowledge of Mainland China verification is preferable

* Strong customer service mindset

* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
