Property Management - General Manager

Responsibilities:



* Lead and supervise a team of property professionals in carrying out effective property management functions such as security, maintenance, cleaning and procurement etc.
* Formulate and implement internal policies to ensure the provision of first-class services and facilities
* Maintain good working relationship with relevant government departments and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:



* Degree holder of related discipline or relevant qualifications
* 10 years of progressive experience in the property management
* Experience in the management of large-scale and deluxe residential properties is essential
* Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
