Recruitment Manager

Our client is a well-established enterprise in Macau, now they are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join them.

Responsibilities:



* Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for timely delivery of top-quality talent and meet hiring plan deadlines
* Identify and maintain talent pool for business expansion needs
* Establish effective and diversified recruitment channels and methods
* Effective talent mapping and candidates database management
* Develop recruitment team performance metrics to ensure service deliverables.

Requirements



* Min University Graduate and above
* 5-6 years of experience in recruitment of which min 2 years in managerial level.
* Strong leadership skills
* Result driven and resourceful
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
