Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:



*

Report to HR Manager in Macau


*

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet talent requirements for the brands


*

Source qualified candidates by different channels including social media, online platforms, advertising media, cold calls and so on


*

Engage with recruitment agencies based on the approval from senior management


*

Understand brand's training needs and source for relevant training courses


*

Evaluate the training results and monitor the application of professional knowledge


Requirements:



*

Degree holder or above, preferably in Human Resources


*

At least 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a multinational setting


*

Fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin


*

Must be willing to manage full cycle recruitment activities as an individual contributor


*

Experience in training will be an added advantage
