* Responsible for Large Cap client portfolios

Our client is a European Bank with Retail, Corporate, Private Banking and Global Market. They are now seeking a high caliber to join Corporate Banking Team.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

* Acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships while adhering Group values, business strategy, operational policies, regulatory requirements and risk management practice; mainly focus in Large Cap client portfolios

* Maximize the value of these relationships internationally by working closely with Group offices and product partners;

* Manage P&L of the segment to achieve the annual operating plan by leading liabilities and transaction-led strategy to grow deposits, increase share of fee income, and manage margins by selectively growing assets;

* Develop strong partnerships with other customer groups and product areas, particularly with Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF), Payment and Cash Management (PCM) and Global Markets (GBM) to increase cross-selling opportunities

* Deploy appropriate risk management tools to price appropriately for risk to selectively acquire assets and monitor impairment charges and leading loss indicators

* Develop strong understanding of customer experience and investing in Group-aligned marketing initiatives

* Maintain Group's internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy

Key Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

* University graduates with 6 -8 years' corporate banking experience, preferably with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience or equivalent;

* Possess strong leaderships skill with ability to lead a team of RM to acquire, grow relationship and satisfy transaction needs for the Business Banking customers;

* Performance driven and result-orientated;

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

* Good knowledge of particular industry segment(s) together with strong sales orientation and a mission to succeed;

* Possess solid credit skill and analytical ability to facilitate the structuring of credits;

* Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be an advantage;

* Macau ID is preferred
