Responsibilities
* Assist Director of Food and Beverage to ensure that all company and hotel policies and procedures, and standard operating procedures are adhered to
* Manage restaurant at the hotel and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
* Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
* Participate in the formulation of the annual operating budget

Requirements
* Diploma in hotel management or equivalent education required
* Proven food and beverage management experience
* Good at MS Office, restaurant management software, POS
* Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
* Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
