* Responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients

* Understand the commercial needs of clients and provide financial products and services, as well as help customize products to meet their requirements

* Develop new corporate relationships and grow the client portfolio to expand the bank's client base and revenue sources

* Responsible for managing corporate relationships and maintaining strong business contact, and be the banker-of-choice for clients

* Accomplish revenue targets to maximize profitability and returns on the bank's assets


* Bachelor Degree in finance, accounting, management or related fields

* Over 5 years of banking experience in commercial relationship management

* Good knowledge in banking products and credit foundation, with experience in credit evaluation, recommendation and approval processes

* Strong analytical skills and able to gather essential information to make informed credit decisions

* Good communication and leadership skills, with ability to engage senior management of client-companies
