Senior Sales Executive - FMCG

Our client is the largest beverages company in Portugal, due to business expansion, they are looking for Senior Sales Executive to explore Macau and PRC markets.

Responsibilities:



*

Prepare marketing activity plan in align with the business plan.


*

Monitor the field performance of the sales teams of the distributors / importers, following the management Indicators.


*

Collaborate in the development of the customer portfolio, in the collection of market information and in the application of the defined commercial policy.


*

Participate in the training, follow-up and advice of the sales teams, as well as sales negotiations


*

Monitor the implementation of commercial and promotional actions for points of sale.


*

Identify and develop potential opportunities.


*

Recollect, systematize and analyze relevant information about the business.


Requirements:



*

Bachelor Degree in Management or Economics


*

Minimum 2 years or above experience in Sales, Trade or Marketing


*

Analytical profile and taste for commercial and trade marketing activity


*

Good skills of Mandarin, English and Portuguese


*

Negotiation skills and Interpersonal Relationship profile


*

Availability to travel frequently to other Chinese provinces, such as Zhejiang (Wenzhou) and Fujian
