Senior Sales Manager (Department Head Role)

Responsibilities:

* Initiate sales promotions and set sales goals for Leisure, MICE, and Banquet sales.

* Develop long term business relationship with travel agents, professional conference organizers, meeting planners, airlines, corporate accounts, government departments to drive hotel businesses.

* Propose seasonal room package according to market trends

* Monitor closely competitors activities and react to the market changes

* Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis report

* Provide sales training to subordinates and lead the sales team to achieve sales target.

* Build and maintain accurate Account Management System

Requirements:

* University graduate, major in Business / Hospitality is preferable

* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the hotel industry

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Pleasant, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

* Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
