Our client is a fine jeweler, with a high-end collection of engagement rings, necklaces & timepieces, which is aggressive growth in Asia Pacific, is inviting high caliber candidate who wants and can make a difference to join their retail team in Macau.

Responsibilities:



*

In charge of operational excellence within the store, to achieve the store business objectives and brand building


*

Formulate and implement policies, involve marketing strategies and business plans with the corporate


*

Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment to drive productivity and profitability


*

Motivate and lead the team towards achieving/exceeding sales goals


*

Monitor all staff has a full understanding of sound product knowledge


*

Consistently and accurately capture all customer data in support of building and developing CRM program


Requirements:



*

Minimum 8 years of retail sales experience in which at least 4 years at management level


*

Strong in store operations, sales, service, people management and training experience


*

Luxury brand experience or jewelry‎ background is a Must


*

Holder of gemology and has experience working in Macau is a plus


*

Excellent leadership and management skill


*

Proficient in computer literacy and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin


*

Excellent communication skills to all levels
