Strategic Account Manager

Our client is a leading international building solutions company in Macau, due to business expansion, they are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join them.

Responsibilities:

Duties:



*

Explore and expand new market in all related regions by prospecting and networking with partners and industry contacts


*

Responsible to close business to meet the sales target


*

Enhance the company's market penetration by developing opportunities through personal selling to target accounts and actively participating in sales capture teams on target projects


*

Build and maintain good relationships with clients


*

Establish market trends, appropriate strategies and product development by working with other teams.


Requirements:



*

Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline.


*

At least 12 years' sales experience in Building Service/ Building Automation Business or mechanical (HVAC) service business or Fire Service business with proven record on selling complex solutions.


*

Fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English


*

Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.


*

Good interpersonal and presentation skill.


*

Self-motivated and have ability to work independently
