Training Manager - Retail

Responsibilities:

*Work with management to identify the training needs and methods to support the business objectives.

*Develop and implement coaching and mentoring program to all Team Members at all levels

*Schedule and attend monthly meeting with departments to discuss and identify training needs

*Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere

*Ensure that all training activities are completely aligned with the culture

Requirements:

*University degree

*At least 5 years of experience in Training management position, especially in hospitality and gaming industry

*Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese and English

*Good business sense and presentation skills to transfer know-how and ability to the team
