Our client a public listed company is looking for an experienced Training Manager/Senior Training Manager reporting to Head of HR.

Responsibilities:



*

Work with management to identify the training needs and methods to support the business objectives.


*

Develops and implement coaching and mentoring program to all Team Members at all levels


*

Schedule and attend monthly meeting with departments to discuss and identify training needs


*

Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere


*

Ensure that all training activities are completely aligned with the culture


Requirements:



*

University degree


*

At least 5 years of experience in Training management position, especially in hospitality and gaming industry


*

Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese and English


*

Good business sense and presentation skills to transfer know-how and ability to the team
