Account Manager


 

Our client is a leading worldwide company. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and revenue maximization by providing exceptional service to our clients and maintenance of business relationships.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Expanding the client relationship through proactive and innovative project management, driving internal contacts to ensure timely deliverables to the client, and strategizing with clients for future business opportunities.

·         Overseeing projects of a complex nature, including assigning individual responsibilities for the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing a schedule to ensure completion of projects.

·         Understanding client’s local market events/occurrences in the effort of overseeing development of local marketing initiatives by media specialists and planners.

·         Ability and confidence to articulate competitive strategy as well as its execution during regular client meetings and presentations.

·         Ability to regularly present creative work as well as strategic proposals, in liaison with the Account Director. Presentations should be clear, articulate and confident.

·         Interfacing with all teams impacting project initiatives for the client, including: media team, graphics team, product development team, client, agencies, area sales managers and dealers.

·         Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.

·         Recommending and taking action to direct the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and the company

·         Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to management team.

·         Developing and recommending short-term and long-term objectives, operating plans, strategies and tactics for clients. 

·         Managing sales growth rates and achieving financial targets.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures is essential, as well as, general advertising industry knowledge
  • Ability to provide well-focused tactical plan that results in measurable success and better-than-market performance
  • Exceptional quantitative analytical skills and attitude. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Commitment to client service and problem solving
