Area Manager -Retail

Our client is one of the fastest growing retail chain companies from Australia and they are looking for a strong Area Manager to be responsible for their business establishment and expansion in Macau. 

Responsibilities

• Establish their retail operation in Macau
• Maximize store sales and profits
• Formulate retail strategy and sales initiatives and plan ahead so as achieve the desired objectives of the business. 
• Plan and implement retail outlets operations, staff & inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Implement an effective business planning for the chain stores and works closely with the internal departments.
• Ensure proper execution of all store operations functions and company programs
• Ensure the highest level of Customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain company standards throughout the store
• Ensure smooth communication and consistent work practices in place and develop staff.
• Protect all company assets

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent.
• Min. 3-5 years retail management experience in Macau / Hong Kong
• Strong entrepreneur, positive and proactive attitude
• Strong leadership, team management and motivation skills
• Good planning & analytical skills, passion in retail industry.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
