A premium brand five star hotel of 800 rooms in Macau is seeking an outstanding individual to join the team as Assistant Director of Rooms.  Prior Macau hotel experience is an advantage.
 
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, Assistant Director of Rooms is responsible for
• understanding all facets of a  800 -room resort operation.
• ensure that financial goals of the Rooms Division operation are achieved and operating within the budgetary guidelines established by the Operations Team.
• Seeks to enhance guest service and suggests new ways and means by which this can be achieved.
• maintaining daily Rooms operations and plans for future events.
Requirements:
 
• Must be an effective communicator, both written and oral,
• Must possess leadership skills, which can be applied to motivate others,
• Must be able to empathize with employees while being firm in decision making. 
• Currently holding Director of Rooms or Assistant Director of Rooms position
