Assistant Group Human Resources Manager
Our client is a Hong Kong listed group. They are now inviting a high caliber candidate to join their fast growing team in Macau as Assistant Group Human Resources Manager.
Job Descriptions:
l Assist the Group HR Manager to provide strategic support in full spectrum of HR areas including C & B, business analysis (HR), training, manpower planning, employee relationships and talent management, etc
l Review, formulate and implement human resources policies and procedures
l Work closely with different department head for talent management
Job Requirements:
l Degree holder in Human Resources or related field
l Posses an HR generalist background with a minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience
l Excellent analytical skills and strong in strategic thinking for HR operations
l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
l Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
l Macau experience highly preferred
