Assistant Manager – Bar


 

Position: Assistant Manager – Bar
 
 
Main Responsibilites,
 
·         Operate the restaurant or Bar in accordance with the approved budget, prepare reports
·         Oversee the team operation and manpower allocation in different locations
·         Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction / ensure excellent customer service is provided

·         Ensure that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality

 

Other Responsibilites,

·         Participate in daily briefing, conduct departmental meeting

·         Maintain inventory control for the department according to business demand

·         Delegate specific tasks to subordinates in a fair and equitable manner

·         Assist with the hiring, training, coaching, counselling, evaluating and scheduling Team Members’ roster

 

 
Requirements,

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages
