Assistant Manager - Steward

Responsibilities,
Monitor, review and innovate work processes and systems to ensure the quality service
Manage and maintain the stock for all kitchen inventory and equipment
Meet daily with Senior Assistant manager - Steward to discuss day to day operational issues
Strong in providing departmental training, on the job training to the team members
Require for shift operation and be flexible regarding work schedules based on business demands
Requirements,
High School Graduate or above
Minimum of 2 experience in a similar position and steward management experience is required
Good command of English. Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
