Asst. HR & Admin. Manager


 

 

Responsibilities

- Be in charge of HR & Admin Department in Macau Office

- Provide full spectrum of HR functions in areas of recruitment & selection, staff activities, people development, compensation & benefits

- Apply HR principles, concepts and industry practices in relation to HR initiatives and projects

- Manage a proper office administration system which serves to form the core infrastructure in the office


Requirements

- Degree holder in related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, exposure in Macau is an advantage

- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a collaborate team environment and provide support to counterparts as necessary

- Positive work attitude with strong drive and commitment

- Excellent PC Applications knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook


* Promising candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer.
