Requirements:
· A minimum 5 years experience in banquet function in 5 star hotel restaurant
· Knowledge in wine, cocktail and cuisine is an advantage
· Good communication and leadership skills
· Good computer knowledge (MS Office and Outlook)
· Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
