Casino IT Support Engineer


Job Responsibilities
-Providing onsite support and software installations, support for a complex product suitein gaming envirnoments.

-Developing and maintaining product knowledge necessary to complete installations and support for the company product line


-Coordinating with the other department and ensuring the installation process are finished on time


-Providing the technical support and training to the end-users


Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
-3-5 years working experience in technical support
-Familiar with IIS Administration and Window Server
-Familiar with SQL Server 2005 and related components(TSQL +administration) and Sharepoint
-Proficient in both Chinese and English
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred
-MCSE certificate is preferred
-Local Macau Resident only
