Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate CS & PSC team to provide luxury shopping experience and personal services to high spending clientele
2. Maintain ongoing long term relationship through personalized communication with clients.
3. Partner with the Sales & Marketing and Consumer Marketing to develop new sources of clientele, events and programs.
4. Provide consistent motivation and coaching to ensure desired luxury selling behavior standards/expectations are achieved
5. Manage PSC Lounge to maintain a luxury shopping environment to PSC members
6. Manage PSC data base, recruit new members and increase high tier members through various activities
Requirements
1. University graduate with minimum 3 years relevant experience
2 Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
3. Demonstrate organizing and planning skills, and able to work independently
4. Sound negotiation and presentation skills; Skillful in commanding powerpoint presentations
5. Base in Macao and overseas travel may be required.
