Responsibilities:
Developing and executing sales plans, planning and monitoring hotel's advertising and promotional activities.
Developing and recommending short and long term revenue strategies, including sales and marketing plans and goals
Ensure website/internet marketing is effective
Develop budget and monitor sales activities.
Maintain and monitor high standards of quality and guest service.
Develop and maintain good relationships with officials and representatives of local community groups and companies, and attend out-of-town conventions and trade shows, to promote new business and increase sales for the hotel
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Solid experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting
Great communications and relationship building skills
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
