Job Description,

 

·             Responsible for the efficient and responsive operations of the Public Area Department

·             Leads the planning, execution and monitoring of cleanliness and maintenance programs in the resort’s public areas

·             Regularly inspects the public areas and is visible and engaged with cleaners and supervisors

·             Thorough knowledge of general cleaning activities, including the operation, application and effective use of relevant equipment, cleaning tools and detergents

·             Knowledge of carpet and hard floor care and equipment operation

·             Handling multi-national working conflicts

·             Concerning on staff motivations and staff movements

·             Supporting on the recruiting, training and evaluating staffs

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements,

 

·             A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a large hotel / resort environment with 5 years at a managerial level

·             Good command of  both English and Cantonese

·             A high school diploma or equivalent is required
