Duty Manager - Front Office


 

Requirements:
 
·             Bachelor Degree or equivalent; major in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred
·             A minimum of 3 years managerial experience in a 5-star hotel or resort
·             Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
·             Possess knowledge of MS Office
·             Must posses good knowledge of cash payment handling and basic accounting
·             Must possess good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills; strong and effective leadership skill
·             Knowledgeable about Front Office operations
·             Effective project management skill is preferred
·             Must be an excellent communicator, well groomed, mature, confident, friendly, polite and presentable
·             Ability to be a team player, react quickly and work well under pressure
