Executive Wine Specialist
Our client is a large US based fine wine company. It is seeking high-calibre candidate to join.
Responsibilities,
Perform advisory and consultative wine and service sales to customers
Provide well personal service to customers, such as proactive wine recommendations specific to their interests
Develop good customer relationships by anticipating customer requirements based on prior purchases or expressed interest areas
Maintain network with customers to generate new customer referrals
Interact with customer service, finance and operations group to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Author and maintain blog posts
Requirements,
University degree holder. Candidates with wine-related certifications an advantage
Minimum 3 years experience in selling fine wine to wine collectors / enthusiasts
General computer proficiency with standard MS Office applications and internet resources
Proactive and personal approach for interacting with customers
A high level of personal organization and self-initiative
