Descriptions

· Ensure the 600-member F&B Service team delivers high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction through every dining experience.

· Constantly assess F&B standards and arrange refresher training to maintain team members’competency levels.

· Ensure the F&B team executes and completes operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.

· Develop and execute quality and control mechanisms for F&B, including service, hygiene, kitchen, dish presentation, and raw product use.

· Continuously improve health and safety standards.

· Suggest creative ideas to executive management to enhance the F&B image and offering.

· Monitor industry and market trends and recommend adjustments to menus, pricing, and team member wage levels accordingly.

· Review and manage monthly revenue and expenditure records.

· Control expenses and research ways to generate more revenue.

 

Requirements

·Minimum of 8 to 10 years of F&B management experience (in Macau and/or Hong Kong) preferred.

·Knowledgeable about a range of Chinese and Western cuisines.

·Proficient in MS Office.

·Bachelor degree or above in F&B or Hospitality Management preferred.

·Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

·Passionate about F&B.

·Self-motivated and organized.

·Possess a good understanding of trends

·Able to effectively lead and communicate with a multicultural team.
