Gaming System Support Analyst
Our client is a leading casino hotel in Macau, they are now inviting high caliber candidate to join their team as Gaming System Support Analyst. Job Summary The Gaming System Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining and supporting gaming systems in terms of hardware, software and application to ensure maximum system operation and performance.
Responsibilities - Provide a stable system environment for all nominated systems by identifying and rectifying potential concerns, be able to provide quick and accurate problem diagnosis
- Respond to support requests for nominated systems in a timely and effective manner, with the need to be on call for ad hoc shift duties
- Communicated effectively with system vendors, service staff and users.
- Follow IS&T practice and procedures for technical troubleshooting
- Ensure maximum up-time and performance of nominated systems and support functions
- Coordinate with software development staff on application support matters
- Perform system test to ensure quality products are delivered and meet customers’ expectation
Requirements - 1-3 years of relevant Casino industry experience, in a system support capacity;
- Good working knowledge of the processes and procedures that will be in use and how these relate to the operation of IT in operating systems administration, networking, database, and software application installation and configuration.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels with internal and external parties.
