Our client is a leading luxury retailer.
This position reports to the Managing Director of Macau, this role will have full P&L responsibilities for new store in Macau, across all the business lines. This is a sizable business with a team of over 100 – in addition to people management, you will set store sales and profit goals, enhance operational management as well as drive brand image, vendor relations and customer experience.
This role offers an outstanding career step for a highly motivated Retail professional who has at least 7 years experience in store management. Luxury sector and Macau market experience will be highly advantageous. You will demonstrate the leadership skills required to motivate teams, while possessing the critical commercial thinking to drive business improvement. In addition, you will be able to build effective internal and external partnerships. You must be trilingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin).
