Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement HR policies at strategic and operational level to cover H.K.
- Manage across all HR functional unit in the group company,
- Ensure effective recruitment, assessment and selection method plus staff training as part of the continuous improvement scheme
- Prepare periodic HR statistics reports and manpower planning
- Compile strategic C&B policies align with corporate long term plannign


Requirements:
- University degree or tertiary education standard with at least 5 years track record at managerial level in the required discipline in Multi-national corporate,
- Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative mindset, detail and result oriented
- Possess strong leadership and managerial skills and sound problems solving techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer applications like MS Office / ERP system
- High proficiency of Mandarin and English is a MUST
- 5 Days work
