Human Resources Manager


 

Our client is a leading international company, they are looking for a Human Resources Manager to provide full spectrum of HR functions for Macau team:

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

·   Planning / Budgeting

-          Develop headcount schedules and salary forecasts

-          Formulate organization plan and structure

-          Develop career plans for individuals

·   Training & Development

-          Identify training needs of all levels in Macau  team

-          Develop and monitor staff development plans

·   Recruitment

-          Carry out interviews for staff from sales associate and above

-          Develop relationships with external executive search and recruitment agencies

·   Performance Management

-          Monitor performance appraisal system & organisational management review process

·   Compensation & Benefits

-          Prepare salary range for staff from sales associate and above

-          Keep abreast with competitor’s salary and benefits package

-          Assist zone C&B in conducting annual salary and benefits survey

·   Labour Relations

-          Handle any legal requirements stemming from labour disputes (eg. Court appearances)

-     Coaching, counselling and integration of new joined staff

·   Projects

-     Develop and implement various HR Programs to support the Macau team

-     Handle the annual Operations Management Trainee Program

 

 

Key Requirement & Competencies

·         Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with multinational firms,

·         University degree in Human Resources Management or Business

·         result-oriented, detail conscious, patient, assertive

·         able to work under pressure

·         diplomatic communication skills

·         high in computer literacy
