Information System & Technology Manager (Department Head Position Hospitality)


 

Our client is a leading casino resort and they are looking for an experienced and well rounded head of IT with large hotel chain to oversea hospitality IT Team of 9 staff and this position reports to Senior Manager of Property Solutions. The position is based in Macau. Candidate must have experience with large hotel chain.

 

Responsibilities:

1.       Lead and drive initiatives in the non-gaming area with vision to deliver quality solutions benefiting customers and the group as a whole.

2.       Oversee implementation of any hospitality-related applications involving development of requirements, functional and technical specifications of the applications;

3.       Manage, develop and lead technical teams in PMS, POS, FCS to achieve quality and timely deliverables.

4.       Provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects, directing the applications functionality, integration needs and infrastructure and related technology components within agreed standards. 

5.       Manage vendors ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly defines the preferential status of the property and demonstrates a beneficial service/ commercial rates;

6.       Effective handover to Operations Support teams of specific design and operating support instructions for both infrastructure and applications.

7.       Collect the strategic needs and desires from the business with infrastructure and application teams to identify future initiatives.
