Descriptions:
· Assist the engineering team in all matters related to maintaining the infrastructure, including information security, servers and storage, and enterprise IT services.
· Serve as the technical resource on the company’s computer systems. Responsible for the support, troubleshooting and maintenance of systems.
· Produce documentation on systems configuration and setup, support and maintenance logs, and system upgrades or enhancements.
· Work with service providers to ensure and maintain high-availability of systems.
· Monitor system utilization and improve system performance.
· Maintain system upgrades and patches to ensure all systems are secure and up to date.
· Maintain communications with end-users to gather user feedback and user requirements on computer systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' of software development experience is preferrable.
- Good command of English. Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related field.
Other:
· Demonstrated understanding of computer systems and enterprise operating environments.
· Experience with computer systems support.
· Experience with infrastructure security.
· Familiar with ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2/PMI process and methodology is preferrable.
· Industrial certification with one or multiple of the following would be an advantage:
1. Microsoft MCSE, VMware VCP, HP MASE, RHCE
2. ITIL v3,
3. SCJP, MCSD,
4. CISSP,
5. PRINCE2/PMP
