Restaurant Manager - Japanese in 5 star Hotel
 
Job Description,
 
·         Manage the daily operation of Japanese Restaurant, reporting to the Assistant Manager of F&B.
·         Manage 25 - member service team, schedule rosters to meet business demands, and maintain effective and cross cultural communications.
·         Continuously monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards.
·         Develop and execute quality and control mechanisms to ensure every guest receives the highest standards of food and service quality at all times.
·         Review and manage monthly revenue and expenditure records, and control expenses.

     
 
Requirements,
 
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years’ F&B management experience in Macau and/or Hong Kong preferred.
Education: Bachelor degree or above in F&B or Hospitality Management preferred.
Shift: Restaurant operating hours are 5:00pm to 12:00pm, off on every Tuesday
Language ability: Cantonese, Mandarin, English.
Well-groomed, confident, friendly, and polite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills and leadership ability.
HK or Macau Resident Only
